Powerful Performance
We have powerful dedicated servers based on AMD's Ryzen series.

Hytale is a sandbox RPG developed by Hypixel Studios – the team behind perhaps the world's best known Minecraft server network. The game combines procedurally generated worlds, adventure, combat and building with powerful tools for modding and content creation.
The most interesting thing for server owners is that Hytale servers are planned to be player run from day one. The server code is shared as shared source, which makes it easier to customize, optimize and build your own experiences. This places Hytale in the same ecosystem as Minecraft and Vintage Story, but with far more modern tools.

Hytale is extremely hungry for RAM and CPU power right now. Remember that Hytale is in alpha, and this may change continuously, but for now we recommend 12GB RAM and 2 CPUs.
A Hytale server is a dedicated multiplayer "world" where players can explore, build, mod and play together in different game modes. It is up to the server administrator/owners to develop the server the way they want, to achieve the experience they themselves want.
Hytale builds on much of what Minecraft has done right, but offers deeper RPG systems and better tools for creators. Many call Hytale the Minecraft killer, but that remains to be seen. Minecraft is, and will remain, a game we never think will die out, but Hytale and Minecraft can live in parallel, as both can benefit from each other's development.
You don't need to be a pro, but the more knowledge you have beforehand, the easier it is. That said, setting up a server and running it yourself is unproblematic for most people. The config files can be a bit overwhelming, but once you have spent a little time on them you will read them very easily! This is not a programming language, but plain English with a bit of punctuation so they can be pulled into the Java VM when you spin up the server!
It is impossible to know which you will like best, the only thing we know is that you never go wrong with Proservere. Powerful servers at friendly prices never fail!
No, everyone who wants to play Hytale needs their own Hytale account to play Hytale.
Yes, the game has been released as an alpha. That is, before beta. This is an early version, so unfortunately you have to expect some problems. We hope the developers manage to overcome any hiccups quickly and efficiently, but that remains to be seen.
It is the creators behind Hypixel who are behind Hytale. Hytale started as a spin off, as Hypixel wanted more freedom since Minecraft has some limitations.
For over a decade, sandbox games have been driven by the players themselves. Minecraft showed early on how open servers and mods could create ecosystems bigger than the game itself. Later, Rust, Vintage Story and ARK developed this further with more complex systems, persistent progression and niche communities.
In Norway this has laid the foundation for strong, long lasting server communities. A good example is NorwayCraft, which was early out with its public launch back on 12 February 2012, after having had a whitelist for about a year.
What is Hytale?
A Hytale server represents the next generation of multiplayer sandbox games, where creative freedom, RPG elements and community driven worlds merge. Just as we have previously seen with Minecraft, Rust, Vintage Story and the ARK games, Survival Evolved and Survival Ascended, private servers will be the heart of the game. Established communities, such as Norwegian Minecraft servers with a strong player base, almost have to take the step over to Hytale alternatives. With the right server hosting, both new and existing communities can build the gaming experiences of the future right from launch.
Hytale offers dynamic worlds full of ruins, caves, biomes and random events. This gives every Hytale server its own identity. Just like on long lived ARK servers, players will be able to leave lasting marks on the world, whether through builds, stories or community driven projects.
For established Minecraft communities this means that players can bring their expectations of freedom and creativity, but into a game designed for more structured progression.
Minigames have always been a cornerstone of the Minecraft universe. Norwegian players know this well through community servers like NorwayCraft, where creative game modes and events have kept the player base active over time.
Hytale takes this a step further. With full control over the camera, mechanics and assets, server owners can create competitive games that feel more like games of their own than simple modes. For a professional Hytale server this means higher performance demands, but also far greater potential for unique experiences.
Hytale is clearly built for creators. Integration with Blockbench, in-game scripting and full editability make modding more accessible than ever. This lowers the threshold for communities that already have experience with modded Minecraft servers.
Servers that have grown through creative freedom, as we have seen with both Minecraft and Vintage Story, will be able to bring both their expertise and player base along. For players on established servers like NorwayCraft the transition to Hytale will feel natural, not foreign.
History repeats itself in almost every sandbox game: the most popular experiences happen on private servers. Minecraft is living proof of this. Hytale is no exception.
The difference is that Hytale facilitates this from the start. A Hytale server is not just a place to play, it is the foundation for the entire gaming experience. For you this means that stable hosting with low latency and scalability become crucial factors for a good experience!
Minecraft servers show the value of creative freedom and strong communities. Rust servers underline the importance of performance and stability. Vintage Story appeals to players who want depth and realism. ARK demonstrates how persistent progression creates longevity.
Hytale combines all these elements. That is why we will probably see existing Minecraft communities, including Norwegian servers like NorwayCraft, among the first to establish themselves in the Hytale universe as well.
