How to change the Java version on a Minecraft server?

Some installations require a different Java version, often older modpacks.

Here is how to change the Java version

1. Go to Panel.Proservere.com

2. Choose your server

3. Click Startup

4. There you will find a dropdown that says Docker Image

5. Change the Java version to what the server requires
